Adam Bell

Adam has worked in employee benefits since 2017, initially spending several years working for large group risk insurers before moving to an employee wellbeing platform where we built his knowledge in healthcare and employee benefits platforms. He joined Wingate in 2025 as a Business Development Manager and works on our sales and marketing strategy. Adam has a great knowledge of the wider employee benefits market, keeps up to date with industry trends and enjoys supporting clients with long term benefits strategy.

Outside of work Adam lives in Caterham with his wife, 2 children and dog. He enjoys looking after his health and wellbeing and spends plenty of time in the gym or running, and his happy place is cooking something with music on and with a nice cold beer!
