Kayleigh Skinner

Technical Support Team Leader

Kayleigh started working in the employee benefits industry after graduating from Portsmouth University in 2012 and had a successful spell at Unum where she worked within the Financial Underwriting administration team focusing on group life, income protection and critical illness scheme requests for new business, rate reviews and general policy queries.

She joined Wingate in 2014 and has progressed from being Benefit Support to become a Technical Support Team Leader managing the Technical Support Team.    The Team provide support to our Strategic Employee Benefit Consultants, who specialise in Workplace Pensions, Automatic Enrolment, Group Income Protection, Group Life Assurance, Group Critical Illness and Medical Insurance Schemes.

Kayleigh enjoys running, travelling and socialising with friends and family in her spare time.
